Title: How Leaders Handle Conflict
In everyday situations and in formal business negotiations, at work and in our private lives, all of us frequently deal with conflict. Sometimes we may try to avoid it altogether, sometimes we may try to win, while at other times we may be looking to work out a solution or find a compromise with which both sides can live. Leaders recognize conflict as an opportunity to improve relationships and nurture collaboration. In this session, we will explore effective strategies to handle and resolve conflict in positive ways that lead to mutual gain.
